The Utah Justice Foundation has a MISSION to inform, to educate, and to seek Justice for ALL involved with the criminal justice system in the state of Utah.
We seek to help criminal defendants receive fair and balanced Justice for their particular circumstances and case!
We seek long-term solutions for each defendant, while being mindful of the interests of victims and society.
IMMIGRATION & CRIME CASES
The criminal justice system tends to focus most on punishment.
At the Utah Justice Foundation, we seek to inform and educate as to solutions for each particular situation - not one size fits all.
We use non-judgmental and forward-thinking approaches as we work with each defendant and his or her attorney to design a program for the defendant to achieve what he or she wants for his or her life in accord with society, in addition to paying all debts owed to society.
We seek to be mindful of any victims - past, present and future - as we pursue our primary objective for each and every defendant to exit the criminal justice system permanently - thereby resulting in long-term benefits for ALL - for the defendant, for law enforcement, for the courts, for society, and for the citizens of Utah.
