The Utah Justice Foundation is a Utah Non-Profit Corporation.  We sometimes abbreviate with UJF or UJF.org.

The Utah Justice Foundation has a Mission to inform, to educate, and to seek Justice for ALL involved with the criminal justice system in the state of Utah.  We seek to help criminal defendants receive fair and balanced Justice for their particular circumstances and case!  We seek long-term solutions for each defendant, while being mindful of the interests of victims of crimes and society.

The Utah Justice Foundation seeks to have the voices of victims of crimes and society heard and their interests addressed as well.  For more information on the concerns of victims with the criminal justice system and an excellent video on the topic by the DOJ’s Office for Victims of Crimes, visit the Victims’ Rights page at UJF.org.  We also provide Victim Assistance information online and are in the process of implementing programs designed to lessen the number of victims of crimes we have each year in Utah.

In summary, the Utah Justice Foundation  seeks to be mindful of the victims of crimes - past, present and future – as we pursue our primary objective for all defendants (except those incarcerated for life) to exit the criminal justice system permanently – thereby resulting in long-term benefits for ALL – for the defendant, for law enforcement, for the courts, for victims, for society, and for the citizens of the state of Utah!

In other words, we are Seeking Justice for ALL in UtahSM
